Shipping

How much is shipping?

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

International Standard 3-5 working days

International Standard 5-7 working days (remote destinations may take longer)




How will my product be delivered?


We currently process all orders with the Royal Mail postal service.




Will I need to be at home to receive my delivery?


Most of our parcels are small enough to be placed through your letterbox. If you live in the UK and chose 'First class signed for' and you're not at home when Royal Mail attempt delivery, your parcel will be returned to their depot or sorting office. A card will be left to inform you of the time and date of the attempted delivery. You will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery time or collect the parcel yourself.





Cancellation & Returns

What is the returns period?


You may cancel the Contract and return your products for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the Product(s).

If your product is faulty and you notify us within 30 days of its delivery you will have the option to either select a repair service or refund.

If a fault is found after 30 days of your products delivery you should contact us by telephoning 44 07933 283344 and we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace or provide a refund for the product.




If I am to post an item back do I have to pay for the postage?


Returns due to a fault with the product within 30 days of delivery will be refunded. products returned without fault and within 14 days must be paid for by the customer.




Can I change an order?


We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible; therefore we will will process your order within a short time of it being placed. This makes it unlikely that you’ll be able to amend your order. However, please do call or email us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to help.




Can I return an unwanted product?


We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Items returned under our 14 day ‘change of mind’ policy must be unused and in perfect, re-sellable condition; products must be boxed with all original packaging. Returned goods should be sent by Royal Mail. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Goods cannot be returned to us outside of 14 days unless they are faulty or our item description is incorrect.

A product is faulty


In the rare case where the goods are faulty or our item description on our website is incorrect or the goods do not conform to our Terms and Conditions, return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund and we’ll also refund the cost of the return postage. What methods of payment are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted or you can use an existing PayPal account.

To reduce the risk of your authorisation being rejected by your card issuer please read below:

  • Make sure your personal details are correct and match those registered to your bank account.
  • When pre-ordering items, ensure the expiry date of your card is not outside the expected release date for your items.
  • Make sure your card is registered to the billing address.




What payment security do you have?


To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, Mivartcolour uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.





Order

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been placed. Please print or save the order confirmation email for your records, it includes your order number.

You’ll also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.




The item I want to buy is out of stock. Can I still place my order to ensure I can receive this item as soon as new stock arrives?


Unfortunately our system does not allow for the placing of back orders at present




Can I make a purchase over the phone?
